You may know by now that the 2014 Ram 1500 is Motor Trend’s Truck of Year for the second year in a row. Thanks to the innovation behind the EcoDiesel engine, Motor Trend found the Ram 1500 to be worthy of the first ever back-to-back Truck of the Year title. You’d probably agree that 28 miles per gallon on the highway is an award-winning feat for a full-size lightweight pickup.
So, to celebrate, we took the Ram 1500 EcoDiesel across the country to meet the people (you) that made this possible. We visited Ram Truck owners from Michigan to California, visiting their homes and workplaces and listening to their stories about their trucks. The folks we visited on our trip proved to us that what people say is true: Ram Trucks know how to work hard and play hard.
Now the time has come for you all to hop in and ride along with us. We’ve got a string of videos highlighting all our stops and conversations, from interviews with owners and fans to pullovers at landmarks and monuments.
